Customer Health & Safety Information

Please be aware that you are responsible for your own actions, and for the actions of any minors in your care, while using the facilities at Link Golf. All users are advised to hold appropriate personal insurance.

Link Golf accepts no responsibility or liability for personal injury sustained while using the driving range or its facilities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

If you cause damage to property or injury to any person while using the facilities, you may be personally liable for any resulting legal action.

Personal Safety

While incidents are rare, please note that when using or spectating at the driving range there is a risk of being struck by mishit golf balls. Always remain aware of your surroundings.

Age Policy

  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult at all times.
  • Young people aged 14–17 may use the driving range unsupervised only with parental or guardian consent, confirmed via a completed registration form, and must fully understand and comply with all safety rules.
  • Adults (18+) may use the facilities unsupervised.

General Safety Rules

  • You must read and understand all local safety rules and signage before entering the driving range.
  • Do not enter any driving range bay while it is in use, under any circumstances.
  • Only one person is permitted in the hitting area at any time (refer to local rules for the definition of the hitting area).
  • Do not engage in dangerous practices, including running up to hit a shot or any behaviour that may endanger yourself or others.
  • Do not step beyond the front of the driving range or enter the outfield to retrieve balls or equipment.
  • Safety signage may vary between ranges — always read and follow the signage provided.
  • If you notice any damage or deterioration that could pose a safety risk, please report it immediately to a member of staff.
  • All accidents and incidents must be reported to a member of staff immediately. In an emergency, call 999.

Enforcement

Link Golf reserves the right to ask you, and any members of your group, to leave the premises if these Health & Safety rules are breached.
