We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking time without charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time, or failure to attend (no-shows), will result in the full booking fee being charged.

Group Bookings & Events

• Group bookings, parties, or event reservations may require longer notice periods, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Deposits for group bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Weather Conditions

• Link Golf UK operates in most weather conditions.
• Refunds or rescheduling due to weather will be offered at management’s discretion, particularly in cases of unsafe or unplayable conditions.

How to Cancel

• Cancellations must be made via the original booking method or by contacting our team directly.
• The time of cancellation is based on when we receive your notice.

Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Management Discretion

• Link Golf UK reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances.
